Proven Workforce Planning Analyst at Optum Healthcare, adept in Microsoft Excel and team collaboration, significantly enhanced production tracking. The implementation of the RE Form tool elevated efficiency for UHOne. With a background at UnitedHealthcare, I excel in capacity planning and problem-solving, driving process improvements and supporting key operational decisions.
Currently I am the workforce analyst for UHOne. Providing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and analysis. I provide support to the supervisors, managers, and directors on a regular basis with OT recommendations, improving reporting, inventory updates, balancing work among work queues, and assisting with any ad hoc concerns. UHOne did not have a form of tracking production and after my own training I conducted training for the supervisors and SMEs for the new RE Form tool to track production and downtime.
Provide workforce support to the Southeast and West Regions for E&I First Pass Claims. Support was provided to the supervisors and managers for these regions through inventory analysis, review, support through system changes and recommendations to improve processes.
I provided daily review of inventory, insight and recommendations to the Southeast region leadership for E&I First Pass Claims and assisted during rollouts of new processes. Regular and spontaneous meetings were held with the supervisors and managers to discuss daily and weekly expectations based on the inventory and to address any issues at hand.
My workforce experience began with the Southeast region E&I First Pass claims with inventory review, PTO and OT requests and approvals, scheduling assistance, security access for claims processors, and assisting the supervisors and managers on a daily basis.
I began with Unitedhealthcare as a first pass claims representative. Shortly after training I was moved for a short time to the inpatient team before a workforce pilot program was presented to me. I split my days paying medical claims and learning the roles of workforce for first pass claims.
