I Assisted patients with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity, checked patient vitals such as temperature, blood pressure, and blood sugar levels. I promoted good oral and personal hygiene by aiding patients with shaving, bathing, and teeth brushing. I enhanced patient satisfaction by providing compassionate and attentive care by spending intimate time with client. I was able to take direction from the RN or LPN. Maintained confidentiality of patient information according to HIPAA guidelines while communicating effectively with team members about critical updates. I answered call lights and supported patient comfort and safety by adjusting bed rails and equipment. I also utilized proper body mechanics and assistance devices when transferring patients, minimizing the risk of injury for both parties.

I assisted clients with daily living skills such as grooming, bathing and eating while promoting independence and dignity, I checked clients vitals and was able to get the support, if any, the client needed. I wasa able to prevent bedsores by regularly repositioning client. I was also able to provide emotional support to each of the clients.
