The HIM Data Integrity Analyst is responsible for the correctness of the EMPI for Parkview Health and its Community Connect Partners. Performs resolution of duplicate MRNs, Patient Overlays, Document Corrections, Care Everywhere, Alive/Deceased investigation, Assist Chart Correction Specialist with incorrect Patient Registered, Unmerge, Identify Theft investigation in addition to demographic and document corrections as needed.

Assist with other daily duties, task, and projects as needed.

Coordinate all aspects of medical staff services, serving as resource to over 1000 providers in their role and responsibilities. Works closely with physicians and hospital leaders in communications,development and improvement in operational and regulatory matters that impact the hospital and their practices. Follow bylaws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and accreditation standards in analyzing credentials and verification to ensure complete information is provided.

Prepared all oncology patient cases for presentation at tumor board, navigated through patients charts to create summary of the patient's clinical course, maintained accreditation standards and collaborated with the tumor-site specific teams.

Collaborated with physicians, tumor site teams, and Cancer Committe members to establish and maintain a forum for formalizing disease stage and evidence- based treatment planning recommendations.

Performed monthly/ quarterly audit reports on falls, infectious disease and IV Foley catheters. Once completed reported the results to Missouri Alliance. Performed monthly Oasis reporting to Medicare (CMS).
