The HIM Data Integrity Analyst is responsible for the correctness of the EMPI for Parkview Health and its Community Connect Partners. Performs resolution of duplicate MRNs, Patient Overlays, Document Corrections, Care Everywhere, Alive/Deceased investigation, Assist Chart Correction Specialist with incorrect Patient Registered, Unmerge, Identify Theft investigation in addition to demographic and document corrections as needed.
