- Facilitate, arrange, execute, and supervise maintenance and construction projects involving over ten different trades including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, paint, HVAC, electrical, etc spanning the entire 1,500 acre entertainment property encompassing a Theme Park, Water Park, Safari Park, and Resort Lodging.
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely fashion and within budgetary envelopes, rigorously tracking project timelines and providing updates regularly to Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Director, and other senior leadership.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of safety and productivity among in-house Team Members and subcontractors.
- Review and consult plans/drawings with project architects, engineers and foreman, ensuring accuracy to prep for the procurement and bid process, as well as submission to state/township officials for building permit packages.
- Responsible for arranging the inspection and repairs to critical park infrastructure such as fire sprinkler and alarm systems, kitchen equipment, electrical systems, buildings, rides, and other park assets, collaborating with local and state inspectors in making certain all aspects of the property are in compliance.
- Work closely with other park departments and divisions to ensure our facilities are in optimal conditions for park patrons and Team Members alike, and plan for future projects/upgrades.
