  • I successfully led 90 high-interest vessel boardings, ensuring the protection of the Lower Mississippi River port complexes and securing $700 million in annual maritime commerce. During these operations, my team acted as valuable intelligence sensors, resulting in 18 field intelligence reports that provided critical port security information to the Intelligence Community (IC) and demonstrated the Coast Guard’s return on investment in maritime security.
