Summary

Exceptional leader talented at teaching, coaching, counseling and business management. Highly effective at promoting positive relationships and building capable teams. Track record of improving overall operations, reducing overhead and increasing corporate value. My educational career began in San Francisco, where I worked as a middle school counselor in one of the most multi-culturally diverse cities in the country. I have since worked as a school counselor in the Fredonia and East Aurora school districts before becoming a counselor at Randolph Academy in 2018. Working at Randolph allows me to have an impact on the lives of students who have faced many unique challenges. I truly enjoy coming to work each day, and desire to move into a leadership role so that I may have greater impact on the lives of the young people we serve, the team members I support, and our school community.
