Project Manager - Reviewed electrical plans, structural facility drawings, specifications, managed and coordinated multiple large, moderate to high level of complexity residential and commercial projects. Maryland State Highway (MSHA), Maryland Department of Transport (MDOT) and Prince George's County Public School (PGCPS) complex commercial/industrial projects including traffic signal installations, switchgear replacements, and energization of new school buildings and commercial businesses.

  • Coordinated and managed streetlighting projects for Prince George's County (PGC), working closely with PG County’s DPW&T and DPIE to ensure that these projects moved smoothly and were successfully completed on time without any issues. Also facilitated biweekly calls with the County providing to status updates including construction dates and invoicing of completed streetlight projects.
  • Visited customer sites to verify proper installation of energy efficiency equipment, transformers units, splice boxes, switchgears, and manholes. Promoted awareness or use of alternative or renewable energy sources.
  • Worked with a team of engineers in developing engineering solutions in conjunction with standards and assisted our rate administration in developing the new Pepco customer owned streetlight tariff, utilizing asset suite 8 software to determine installation costs (labor and material) for overhead and underground streetlights Cost in Aid of Construction (CIAC) rates and non CIAC rates.

  • Speaker Diarization and pyAudioAnalysis for Audio Signals, Extracted audio files from a protected UMD medical depression database using ffmpeg tool and utilized pyAudioAnalysis toolkit to perform audio segmentation and diarization
  • Researched other diarization tools including the Microsoft AMS video indexer which was also used for audio segmentation
  • Extracted timestamps by downloading the JSON file and writing a Python script to enable the timestamps for each segment
  • Created a point-metric system used to identify errors in pyAudioAnalysis and Microsoft video indexer tools and weighted those errors
  • Conducted a PowerPoint presentation of research findings and work on speaker diarization to a small group of faculty and peers.
