Since June of 2024 it has been my responsibility to process SNAP and Medicaid benefits and determine the eligibility of the applicant based off what they submitted

I also had to assist the call center department with the high call volume of applicants while also maintaining my daily tasks

I also completed the mandatory training required to pass and received certification as a certified eligibility specialist
