
Since 2018 to present day I’ve developed leadership, organizational, problem solving and even through volunteering at my church as a middle school leader, mentorship skills.
I’ve also grown to take constructive criticism and use it to apply to not just work but my everyday life
My long term goal is to keep learning and growing because the sky is the limit.
Since June of 2024 it has been my responsibility to process SNAP and Medicaid benefits and determine the eligibility of the applicant based off what they submitted
I also had to assist the call center department with the high call volume of applicants while also maintaining my daily tasks
