Participated in Operation Cease Fire in South West Asia twice, Operation Restore Hope Somalia (Recommended for JMUA/AFEM), Operation Continued Hope with United Nations Operations in Somalia(UNOSOM), Operation Provide Promise/ Deny Flight in Bosnia and Operation Support Democracy, within Haitian JOA.
Awarded with numerous medals. Joint Meritorious Unit Award, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal (Somalia), Good Conduct Medal, United Nations Medal (Somalia), Southwest Asia Service Medal (1 star), Sea Service Deployment Ribbon (2nd Award), National Defense Service Medal and Rifle and Pistol Qualification Badges.
As an Armorer I was responsible for maintaining inventory, repairing and assigning weapons to other marines necessary for completion of our daily duties as assigned.
