I am currently comfortable in the current role of Facilities Director at The Edge, and to be honest I wasn't looking to move to another job. This job posting was sent to me to see if it was something that I would be interested in. After many days of thinking about it and reading the posting over and over, I decided to apply. I have always loved inserting myself in positions where I can grow professionally and personally. The complexity of the skillset you are looking for is what drew me to the position.
