• Coordinated customer tenancy build requirements with Cloud Architect.
• Developed deployment plans following High Availability and Disaster Recovery (DR) requirements.
• Built Database System for Production, Test and DR (DBaaS or ExaData) along with latest certified patches (Database and Grid Infrastructure).
• Set up Standby Database to be used for migration to OCI over FastConnect or IPSEC tunnel.
• Completed multiple test rounds (including Mock run) before Production cut-over.
• Coordinated with Go Live Assurance Team during cut-over and post-Go-live for .
• Set up DR systems in separate OCI region and enabled automated backups.

Oracle Consulting Services - EBS Upgrade Lab

• Conducted pre-upgrade assessments for EBS.
• Source versions for upgrades included 10.7, 11i and 12.1.
• Built Upgrade Filesystem and prepped target server(s).
• Migrated Customizations (CEMLI).
• Incorporated Latest Tech Stack and Security (CPU) patches.
• Completed several test round including timing and tuning.
• Prepared Runbook to include all steps, including. documented fixes and tuning iterations.
• Runbook was critical to upgrade success and served as boilerplate for future upgrades of same source and target.
• Provided limited post-upgrade support (typically, 10 days).

Oracle Consulting Services

• Provided remote DBA and Oracle Applications DBA support for Oracle Consulting Managed Services (OCMS) customers running e-Business Suite (EBS).
• Hosted non-production and POC environments in Austin Data Center (prior to OCI).
• Oversaw remote delivery teams in India, Romania and LAD providing monitoring, performance tuning and issue resolution services across client base.
• Completed several on premise new EBS implementation setup and architecture design engagements and handed off Day 2 Service (Run and Maintain) to remote team after go-live.
