Specifically brought in to third shift operations for my maintenance and production knowledge, to improve the over all JPH throughout the plant and break bottleneck restraints.

• Achieved a successful launch of the third shift Power Unit Assembly.
• Drastic improvement of the equipment uptime and JPH in eMotor.
• HF45-overall 5% JPH improvement.
• Accomplished multiple tasks within established time frames.

Responsibilities included central maintenance, building maintenance, powerhouse, industrial garage, tool room and new program install.

• Planing of the summer shutdown projects-manpower, material, equipment, engineering and vendor support.
• Support production areas with cost saves using the tool room to produce replacement parts and details, less expensive then vendor cost.
• Implemented 3D printing for replacement plastic details and experimental improvement details.
• Keeping the plant in compliance with environmental guidelines and also Ford FASO8 Safety requirements.
• Building maintenance.
• Plant lead for negation for labor clearances with UAW.

Coached the PC's and manufacturing techs in the area on the Ford Production System. Lead the maintenance team in the planning of equipment preventive maintenance.

• Key responsibilities included preventive maintenance and equipment breakdown.
• 6FM35 transmission case and converter housings CNC machining lines. With a production of 800k+ volume.
• Launch of the 6FM35 Phase II and Phase III case and converter CNC machining lines.

Coached and supervised manufacturing and machining technicians.

• While supervising, acted as a Senior Process Coach. was also responsible for multiple areas of the 6F50 Machining and subassembly areas.
• Applied strong leadership talents and problem-solving skills to maintain team efficiency and organize workflows.
