I have 9.4 years of law enforcement experience consisting of nearly 5 years working in a jail, nearly 4 years Patrol experience, and the remaining 1 year working as a Detective in an Investigations unit handling a variety of criminal cases. The Pueblo County Sheriff's Office honored me with Deputy of the year in 2015. I am an active S.W.A.T. team operator. I have attended many trainings some of which include a 40 hr Death and Homicide Investigation Class, 40 hr S.W.A.T. School with your agency (PPD), 40 hr gas munitions instructor through NTOA, 40 hr CIT class, 16 hr Aurora Colorado S.W.A.T. Certification for vehicle stops and bumper lock, completing all earning certification. I am a 2016 PLEA Graduate obtaining college credits and a POST Certification/completion. I have served my current agency (PCSO) to the best of my ability as well as the community of Pueblo County and the City of Pueblo. Honored with awards from PCSO for outstanding service. I strive to continue to serve my community as a Pueblo Police Officer if provided an opportunity and privilege. I am a quick learner and know I will succeed and be a good fit for the Pueblo Police Department.

Investigating crimes
I enjoy staying healthy and exercising and regularly go to the gym 4-5 plus days a week to make sure I stay Physically fit. I played High School sports which started my path to staying fit and have done so ever since. I enjoy working hard while at work but also take enjoyment getting out going hiking, camping, etc... to see the outdoors. I am a proud husband and father. My father Pastors at Praise Assembly of God Church here in Pueblo, CO which is also the church I attend. Attending here I have learned many life skills, ethics, and made community bonds surrounding myself with people who sharpen my skills and life practices.
