In my career with Daikin/Goodman I have gone above and beyond to learn all aspects of the job. As the driver I took the initiative to learn our Mincron system and other websites and aspects of the job to further assist customers with everyday needs. I assist the BM and CSR in day to day operations. I answer phone calls, input the orders, pull the orders and bill them when needed. I input equipment trucks and inbound deliveries into Mincron. I receive in PO's and backfill orders. I have vast knowledge of all day to day operations. I am confident that my willingness to learn and previous experience will not short your expectations for the perfect candidate to fill the CSR positions.
