- Designed, built, owned and operated golf driving range with mini golf course and go kart track

STANLEY GOLF COURSE, New Britain, CT

- Installed 100' high steel barrier netting poles along the driving range ,complete with hardware, cabling and net.

- Built a 30 stall enclosed covered tee line with heaters, constructed adjacent shed building to house golf ball dispenser and snack bar.

- Consulted in their installation of Tracer Golf system.

GOLF QUEST, Brookfield and Southington, CT

- Designed and built mini golf golf course at each location. Provided and installed approximately 7 acres of synthetic turf for their driving ranges. Used various colors of turf to simulate target green, sand traps and water hazards.

PROSPECT GOLF CENTER, Waterbury, CT

- Built a covered tee line enclosing 8 bays.

- Built an 18 hole miniature golf course.

KANSAS CITY ROYALS, Kansas City, MO

- Designed and built a 5 hole Kansas City Royals themed mini golf course inside Kaufman Stadium.

PIER 25 MINIATURE GOLF COURSE, Manhattan, NY

- Designed and built the only mini golf course in downtown Manhattan.

CLIFTON PARK, Ontario, Canada

- Consulting services in the design and construction of their 7 million dollar Mario Kart elevated go kart track.

CENTRAL PARK FAMILY FUN CENTER, Fredricksburg, VA

- Designed and built their multi million dollar elevated go kart track.

BULLWINKLES FAMILY FUN PARK, Medford, NY

- Construction services for their 18 hole themed miniature golf course, 7 stall batting cage and go kart track with covered pit building.

KINGS DOMINION AMUSEMENT PARK, Doswell, VA

- Designed and built a go kart track inside the amusement park.

CAROWINDS AMUSEMENT PARK, Charlotte, NC

- Designed and built their go kart track attraction.

FORT LEONARD WOOD ARMY BASE, Fort Leonard Wood, MO

- Design and built an 36 hole miniature golf course, one of the first outdoor electric go kart track, and 2 separate batting cages.

FORT POLK ARMY BASE, Vernon Parish, LA

- Design and built an 18 hole miniature golf course, go kart track with 2 metal buildings, and 5 stall batting cage.

We have also built similar projects at Fort Sills in Oklahoma, Fort Huachuca in New Mexica, and Fort Irwin in California.

CONNECTICUT GOLF LAND, Vernon, CT

- Part Owner, designer and builder of a family fun park currently under construction to include a 20,000 square foot arcade building with full service restaurant and bar, outdoor sand volleyball courts, 18 hole themed miniature golf course, bumper boat pond, batting cage, elevated go kart track, and pickleball.
