- Utilized all tools of Ops Management System; managed items binder to SOP, ensured accurate Sidekick & MXD development per home club, maintained compliance in binder utilization, and validated R&M and Supply Calculator accuracy, contributing to KPI success and robust R&M planning (200+ items planned).

Directly responsible for the leadership of approximately 40 employees – including Facility Superintendent, Assistant Directors, Accounting Team and Human Resource Specialist.

- Developed and oversaw financial reporting, inventory control, and accounting activities, contributing to the Campus Recreation budget development with oversight of specific reporting line budgets.

- Developed policies for services of the Leach Center, Fitness & Movement Clinic and other Campus Recreation facilities and interpreted policies to various user groups.
- Served as the project manager for the opening of a new state-of-the-art satellite fitness facility, the Fitness & Movement Clinic. During its first few months of operation, the Fitness & Movement Clinic facilitated partnerships with other Health & Wellness Departments.
- Secured $5,000,000 for refurbishing and enhancing deteriorating infrastructure, addressing urgent facility needs.

- Coordinated membership, locker rental, and customer service operations, engaging daily with students, organizations, faculty, staff, and alumni, while developing methodology for ongoing quality control evaluation.
- Coordinated facility use requests, arranged logistics for facility access, and set up invoicing for all groups.
- Initiated facility audit process with documentation to ensure cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards.
- Conducted an all-inclusive Leach Center Risk Management Scenario Training which proved to be very effective. This in-service was later presented at the National Intramural Recreational Sports Association.
- Completed multiple facility improvements to include new strength & cardiovascular equipment, led televisions, signage, weight plates, bars, dumbbells, clocks, score boards, flooring, carpet, office renovation, carpet and front doors. Worked closely with maintenance superintendent in overseeing projects, including maintenance of gymnasium floors and outside contract custodial labor.
- Implemented sustainability initiatives including Elkay hydration stations, recycling options, energy-efficient lighting with motion sensors, and tankless water heaters.
- Provided financial supervision of Leach Center budgetary process. Ensuring all aspects of cash handling activities and fiscal operations are conducted in accordance with established University policies. Instituted marketing strategies to increase revenue production.
