Since beginning as a Yard Technician at EquipmentShare I have become a Lead Yard Tech and promoted to a Parts Manager, and since returned to the yard. All have been crucial in helping understand the role and expectations each member of the branch holds. I've been able to operate every single piece of machinery and understand the dialect needed to convey any wants and needs a client may request, from hand helds to 365's my knowledge of what we offer has become exceptional since becoming a team member and I hope to be able to use all of it to better our branch and better myself.
