Oversaw the communications dispatch center

We have 13 dispatchers and 4 lead dispatchers

The center dispatches for Scarborough, Old Orchard, and Buxton. The center has administrative lines and 911 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

• Patrolled designated areas in patrol vehicle and on foot to identify security and safety issues.
• Provided for public safety by maintaining order, protecting people and property and promoting good community relations.
• Responded promptly to calls for protection of life and property, enforcement of laws and ordinances and general public service calls.
• Recorded facts to prepare reports documenting incidents and activities.
• Rendered aid to accident victims and other persons requiring first aid for physical injuries.

• Coordinated with other agencies during multi-jurisdictional investigations.
• Prepared reports, kept investigation records and maintained all case-related paperwork.
• Interviewed witnesses and suspects.
• Worked with multiple federal and state agencies and officials to conduct investigations and prepare cases for adjudication.
