I maintain the Falls of Portifino by building relationships with residents and contractors to change the perseption of the property. Customer service is the cornerstone to my success not only by quickly responding to work orders but also building strong working relationships with contractors to provide an outcome that everyone is proud of. I research and obtain proposals for all capital improvement and submit them for approval, once they are approved I coordinate with the contractors to provide quality work by following up and holding them to the standards of their contracts. I maintain inventory and supplies Making all purchases through Yardi Marketplace and documenting all tools with Excel Spreadsheets.

• Updated daily logs with production data such as weights, destinations and delivery times to keep management current on team activities.
