
I’ve been working for Amazon Operations Technology for the past 8 years. I started as an Equipment Coordinator and moved up to Support Technician in July 2017. I have a deep understanding of troubleshooting of multiple IT owned devices through all Amazon Fulfillment centers, and have excellent communication skills through all levels of staff at Amazon. Before Amazon, I earned my Master’s Degree from Full Sail University (2012) in Internet Marketing and Web Design and worked in the field for 5 years until accepting a job from Amazon in 2015.
