
I am a dedicated employee with a strong sense of obligation and commitment to my employer and and our patrons. Principal duties included responding to requests from outside institutions, and providing and acquiring treatise and periodical materials for faculty and students of the law school. Searching through online catalog systems and submitting requests through an interlibrary loan application after identifying the the appropriate institutions. Assisting patrons in the library by answering their questions, directing them to the appropriate professional for assistance, providing directions, helping them locate electronic and hardcopy materials, and retrieving books from the reserve collection. Supervising sand helping to train student workers, as well as participating in hiring and scheduling processes.
Employed as an Advocate working with chronically mentally ill clients commonly suffering from schizophrenia, helping to maintain them in a community based residence. Duties included role modeling, referral services, service planning, offering support around social, nutritional and psychological needs, maintaining ongoing records and administering medication.
Responsibilities included ushering, ticket and concession sales.
