As a dedicated D1 student-athlete, I have successfully balanced the challenges of high-level water polo with my academic pursuits. I began my journey at Arizona State University from 2021 to 2023, competing in water polo and performing academically. I then transferred to the University of Hawaii in the year 2023, where I have competed in water polo at a higher level, while completing my academics. I will be earning a Bachelor of Arts with a major in psychology. Alongside my studies, I had gained valuable experiences through working during this time in athletics, as well as starting my own small business. While doing these things, I additionally have given back to my community by volunteering at my high school, working with kids with cancer, and helping redo local farms out here in Hawaii. In my final year here at the University of Hawaii, I am eager to apply to be a medical assistant to help build my skills in the medical field. I am an outgoing, hardworking individual with a strong passion for learning more about oncology and how to be successful in the medical field. I have a calling in helping people. I am known for my excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a commitment to achieving goals, and delivering exceptional service. I am eager to be a part of the medical field, willing to learn and grow in all aspects. Highly motivated employee with a desire to take on new challenges. Strong work ethic, adaptability, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Adept at working effectively, unsupervised, and quickly mastering new skills. Experienced in fast-paced environments, and adaptable to last-minute changes. Thrives under pressure and is recognized for hard work.
