Managed Masterplanned Community Branch consisting of 4 staff. Various staff have been detailed in and out of this branch.
Masterplanned Community Branch focused on planning, design, infrastructure construction and house construction on large developments, statewide.
Masterplanned Community Development Manager would be placed in Planning Development Coordinator (PDC) in an "Acting" capacity, during periods when PDC position was vacant.
