- Land Development Division is also responsible for the Repair, Operations, and Maintenance of water systems, sewer system components, drainage facilities, roadway infrastructureincluding sidewalks, curbs, street trees.
- Managed a division consisting of 18 staff positions.
- Managed development and Capital Improvement budgets ranging from $50,000,000 to over $600,000,000.
