Workday Implementation(2022-2024)

Led the workday implementation as technical lead for workday HCM implementation for Payroll, Benefit, Learning, Talent Management, Compensation, Onboarding, Recruiting, Service Center, and Analytics.

Data gathering, data archival, stakeholder identification, vendor selection for implementation and data archival, design, defining project time line, implementation, validation, UAT, parallel payroll processing, Go-Live support, adoption, change management, training, post implementation support, release support and ongoing enhancements were part of my job role for this implementation.

UKG Implementation(2015 and 2023)

Led both UKG implementations as technical lead. Implemented UKG WFM in 2015 for Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Productivity reporting and Healthcare Analytics. On year 2023 migrated from UKG WFM to UKG pro for same modules.

Successfactors Implementation(2015)

As a senior developer I was engaged in identifying unique business needs and customized the software to meet unique business needs. Design, Develop and build the solutions to integrate SF system with SAP backend was part of my job role for SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding and Variable pay modules during this implementation. Collaborating with business owner, stake holders and implementers were my daily tasks.

SAP ESS and MSS Implementation(2014)

I was responsible for customizing and extending portal environment, configuring security by job roles, integration with backend SAP system, developing enhancements in SAP ABAP to flow data between portal and backend to meet specific business needs.

• Delivery Lead of IBM for Client-Eli Lilly and managed offshore team of 15 developers with a track record of zero SLA breach
• I was responsible to monitor all day to day issues raised by client, tracking SLAs, mentoring team to deliver projects on time
• Designed couple interfaces including; Year End W2 Interface for Payroll to opt-in the online W2 as Hard Copy or via Email, Auto active Base Pay Eligible/Not eligible enhancement based on country, sales order redesign etc..
• I was working closely with landed business users to understand the functional/technical feasibility of client requirements, determining complexities of solutions in an array of functional domains like Human resource, Sales and distribution, Material Management, Quality Management, Finance & Costing

• Technical Lead of IBM for Client-Ashland and handled a team of 12 offshore members
• I was responsible to monitor all day to day issues raised by client, tracking SLAs, ERP workflows, Batch jobs, and mentoring team to deliver tasks on time
• Led End to End Ashland-ISP Implementation project and delivered dozen complex high quality solutions in response to varying business requirements on areas of SD, MM, HR, EHS and QM
• Designed and developed interfaces and enhancements including; extending multiple language on Bank master to overcome manual data load and correction, custom Transactions to handle data migration from Mainframe to SAP, Enhanced Bill Of Lading (BOL) and Certificate of Analysis (COA) etc..

• Worked as a Senior Developer and a performance tuning team member during the development, unit testing and integration testing phases and post implementation supports
• Delivered complex and high quality interfaces, conversions, forms and reports to clients in areas like QM, PP
• Worked on Inbound and Outbound IDocs and was monitored posted IDOCs and recovered it from errors if any isn’t successful
• Enhanced user exits, which will automatically assign the Order type with Purchase Order Number while making a PO using Customer Functions
• Designed LSMW to Extend the Material master data for Specific Sales org
• Monitoring IBM Solution Manager Activities on behalf of the team which includes reviewing Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications and Unit test results, report the gap and prepare status report for daily huddle
