Led the workday implementation as technical lead for workday HCM implementation for Payroll, Benefit, Learning, Talent Management, Compensation, Onboarding, Recruiting, Service Center, and Analytics.


Data gathering, data archival, stakeholder identification, vendor selection for implementation and data archival, design, defining project time line, implementation, validation, UAT, parallel payroll processing, Go-Live support, adoption, change management, training, post implementation support, release support and ongoing enhancements were part of my job role for this implementation.


UKG Implementation(2015 and 2023)

Led both UKG implementations as technical lead. Implemented UKG WFM in 2015 for Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Productivity reporting and Healthcare Analytics. On year 2023 migrated from UKG WFM to UKG pro for same modules.


Successfactors Implementation(2015)

As a senior developer I was engaged in identifying unique business needs and customized the software to meet unique business needs. Design, Develop and build the solutions to integrate SF system with SAP backend was part of my job role for SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding and Variable pay modules during this implementation. Collaborating with business owner, stake holders and implementers were my daily tasks.


SAP ESS and MSS Implementation(2014)

I was responsible for customizing and extending portal environment, configuring security by job roles, integration with backend SAP system, developing enhancements in SAP ABAP to flow data between portal and backend to meet specific business needs.
