  • Kronos version 8.1.2 was handled by GE Corporate business which hosted employees from Aviation, Healthcare, Capital, Renewables and ANZ region. As part of the GE corporate initiative each business had to pull out their population and host them in their own preferred Time and Attendance tool. The Project was a more than 8 months of journey where despite COVID-19 situation by leveraging 30% of Corporate Kronos COE team effort to manage this transition in addition to their regular development & support activities without adding any cost to the program. Below mentioned are the synopsis of each project which was managed simultaneously along with playing the role of Onsite Coordinator for Kronos WFC and Kronos WFR.
  • MyTime (WFR) Decoupling: Due to WFC business transition, the MyTime application has been identified to have its own environment (Windows Server and SQL Server database) to remove dependency on Kronos WFC instance. We added a new Windows Server & Database for MyTime and decoupled 39 jobs and executed 2554 test cases of Unit, UAT and Integrations successfully to ensure the MyTime application was decoupled from current Kronos instance.
  • GE Capital – WFC to WFR Transition: Completed the migration of all GE Capital 82 employees for 4 site groups. 2 clocks were installed and tested successfully at 2 location. Team conducted the 4 training sessions of MyTime User Training to Supervisors and employees and provided the training materials.
  • Kronos ANZ WFC Cloud to WFR Transition: Completed the migration of all (Healthcare, GE Digital, GE Power, GE Renewables and GE Aviation businesses) from ANZ Kronos WFC on Cloud to MyTime WFR.
  • Kronos WFC Transition – GE Power: The employees were migrated to a new Kronos instance in an On Prem environment for 2881 employees with 19 interfaces, 4306 configuration items, 60 stored procedures, 145 active clock configurations, 1479097 activities and executed 4106 test cases of Unit, UAT, Payroll and Integrations successfully. 5 clocks were tested successfully from 4 different location.
