• I manage the sales floor and interact and with customers to make sure they have a good shopping experience. I work in a fast-paced environment, so I am able to work quickly and efficiently with any task given to me. I am able to communicate with customers, understand their needs, and determine how to best assist them. I was able to enhance my ability to adapt to different situations. This led to my being able to solve any problems that came up as efficiently as possible.

I assisted over 100 + customers each shift by answering questions, offering insite on the products in the store, and solving any problems the customers faced. I always greeted customers and made sure to let them know about any promotions or sales to help make their shopping experience better. I made sure all transactions whether cash, card, or check etc., were processed correctly and securely.
