I've worked at BDC when its was undergoing sanctions. I worked on multiple types of care units such as MDU and Total care. I've worked on Units as high as 24 and as low as 1. I assisted Individuals with transitioning moving out of BDC and into new homes as a DSP and now as a DA1. I've trained multiple new staff over the years at Broome and also at previous Jobs prior to working for OPWDD and I have been in contact with the training department to become a Promote instructor. I have worked with very involved family over the years and have experience with trying to fufill their needs. I have intermittently worked at Prospect 1 over the years picking up over time so I am familiar with the individuals and some staff. I am looking forward for the opportunity to further my career within the DDSO.
