I completed cosmetology back in 2016 in which it taught me customer service and pleasing others and to work efficiently to achieve the hair goals of my clients. I also completed Dental assisting school in 2019. I also gained even more knowledge such as, scheduling appointments, being able to multitask in a fast pace environment, dental radiographs/ x-rays. Patient charting and medical history, taking blood pressure before procedures, sterilize instruments and OSHA requirements. I also job shadowed at a dental office for 26 hours before graduating and receiving my dental certifications. I observed each procedure watching chair side and how to interact with each patient and their needs in a professional manner. I also observed the front desk to help learn the communication skills to talk to paitents and schedule or re schedule appointments according to the patients needs and goals for future dental work.
