I am responsible for leading multiple delivery streams to deliver successful project outcomes.

• My responsibilities include planning, tracking, and managing budgets and resources.
• Vendor management SOWs, budgets, invoice approvals, resource onboarding/offboarding, and governance through regular governance meetings.
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to the team.
• Partnering with business stakeholders, architects, to understand business requirements and low-level technical design.
• Planning, managing, and tracking delivery through a combination of agile tools and traditional planning tools, where required, to ensure overall delivery across all streams is sequenced and tracked.
• Ensuring risks are proactively managed and highlighted in the right forums to seek support for resolution.
• Delivering the project in guidance and adherence to the bank's software delivery, security, release management standards, and guidelines.

• The project was based on upgrading a web-based application with enhancements based on customer input for home lending and mortgage users.
• Also, lead another project on data migration, cleaning, and mapping for small business products.

• Underwriting requirements and processes, with PAS systems implementation experience.
• Demonstrable, hands-on experience of complex systems implementations across multiple functional areas and territories.

• I organized the project into phases to impose management control using stage-gate reviews, such as high-level user stories, test scenarios, dimension modeling, client reference data, data mapping, ETL, etc.
