As the majority partner, my responsibilities center around the general oversight of business operations, in conjunction with my two minority-stake partners. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Review and execute customer contracts and change orders, vendor purchase orders, as well as banking and tax documents.
• Establish marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, to promote the business.
• Develop relationships with key customers, suppliers, and vendors in order to secure advantageous terms for the company.
• Create customer service policies to ensure customer satisfaction.

As the lead support for our family-owned construction business for over 30 years, my responsibilities included:

• Negotiated contracts with vendors and suppliers based on company objectives and budget constraints.
• Created and implemented processes to ensure successful completion of projects.
• Developed and maintained project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Provided guidance to team members regarding tasks assigned to them.
• Maintained records of all documents related to each project including specifications, change orders, invoices.
• Monitored progress of each project to ensure timely delivery of deliverables in accordance with established quality standards.
