I work in an extremely busy call center for Gopher State One Call setting up Locates for contractors and property owners to get all of their public utilities marked for safety prior to excavating.
It is my job to have not only excellent customer service but to have a fast turn-around time considering the volume of calls we receive.

As a Supervisor, I was responsible for managing the cashiers and employees on the floor.
It was my job to promote Excellent Customer Service, Productivity and Safety, I was also a trusted Cash Key Holder for the company.

Lifetime Fitness

I started as a Personal Trainer at Lifetime Fitness at their 2nd Facility World-Wide and was fortunate to make an impact on developing their original personal training structure.
I specialize in Injury and Rehabilitation, Weight Loss and Nutrition, Flexibility training, Human Performance for Elite Athletes and am also a Boxing Fitness Instructor.

I was given the opportunity to be the Personal Care Attendant for Ken and Harriett for many years.
Harriet was bed-ridden from a stroke when I first met them.
Ken was quite independent but also in his 80's.
I used my skills as a Care Giver and a Personal Trainer specializing in Injury and Rehab and was able to teach Harriet to walk again.
Being a caregiver is not just completing tasks and duties. It is about caring immensely about others.
You must be willing to give from your heart and pay attention to every small detail even if it doesn't seem important to you.

Cinderella’s Custom Cleaning

I started my own Residential Custom Cleaning business in Woodbury.
I built my business on referrals from current clients and personal contacts and from referrals from friends and former clients from other businesses I owned.
I built an amazing reputation for being trustworthy, respectful, excellent in communicating with my clients and focused on hard work and delivering my services in a way I would expect someone to do for me.

Beacon Properties Real Estate and Dev. Co.

01.1997 - 01.2008

I managed our team of Realtors and set up Systems and Protocols to be in place throughout the processes of Acquiring Clients, Communicating Effectively with them through the entire process, Achieving Results and Referrals, and Retaining current clients as Repeat clients.
I was the Project Manager for a $5,000,000 Commercial Development named Beacon Shores.
This was a very demanding, educational, and challenging project for me.
I learned a lot!
We were a private company, and I am proud to say that our Service, Reputation, and Connections with the Community made us able to compete with all of the largest Real Estate companies in the area.

Excorp Medical

01.1998 - 01.2000

I was hired by and worked under the direct supervision of Daniel G. Miller, Ph.D., President, CEO and Director of Excorp.
I also worked directly with Jack Patzer, Ph.D., Principal Investigator and Coordinator of the Bioartificial Liver Program at the Thomas E Starzyl Institute in Pittsburgh.
I wore many Hats with this company, including the Clinical Research Coordinator, Regulatory Affairs Coordinator with the FDA, and monitored our Phase II/III Human Clinical Research site at the Thomas E Starzl Liver Transplantation Institute at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
I also oversaw the Porcine Management at the farm and onsite and also delivery of the pigs to the facility in Pittsburgh.
Excorp Medical was a privately funded start-up company developing a Porcine-based Bio-Cartridge to be used in a delivery system to filter the blood of patients suffering from 4th stage liver failure.
