The Deal Desk Associate partners with MP’s, IL’s ML’s process, track, and close projects. The Associate’s role is to increase MP efficiency by significantly reducing the amount of time MPs spend on developing proposal quotes, contracts, and project milestone.


Major Responsibilities/ Accountabilities Collaborate with Deal Desk team to process high volume of global requests within tight timelines. ● Ensure Consulting proposals/Statements of Work (SOW) meet local Gartner standards and ensure compliance with Pricing, Finance and Legal policies. ● ● Resolve and provide proposal alternatives for legal, pricing, and financial terms Consulting sales boards are submitted on time, accurate and complete (Post PSA will monitor and track proposals within PSA from opportunity to project completion) ● Minimize functional handoffs and ensure requests are completed by set due time, complete internal distribution of final approvals. ● ● Ensure projects milestones are monitored, tracked, and closed ● Ensure projects are invoiced on time and proactively address potential collection issues Maintain a clearly documented audit trail of all approvals and Deal Desk reviewed client proposals and SoW’s ● Utilizes Global Risk and Operations Managers as a point of escalation for problematic requests or unknown technical solutions. ● Impact of Role: Expected Results ● Give time back to MPs by assisting with opportunity to contract process ● Give time back to Region Leads by handling high volumes of low-complexity requests ● Maintain audit trail by leveraging new PSA system to track all projects, approvals and SoW’s Relationships: Internal/External The Deal Desk Associate will primarily interact with MP’s within an assigned territory, will communicate with Global Risk Mgmt. team, OMB/Finance as required to effectively manage booked projects from opportunity to project close.
