Summary

In summery, I am very interested in sharing my knowledge to other potential apiary enthusiasts. Through my 7 years of experience I have learned a great knowledge first hand through actual of bee keeping, classes, mentors and research. Marketing of honey was an unexpected talent as I under estimated honey production - over 100 pounds each year. Each year my husband and I have gone to the local farmers market and fairs to sell honey. This give us an opportunity not only to sell honey but to share our enthusiasm about bee keeping We have built up a customer base to allow us to sell year round, though we usually sell out at the farmers market.
