• Performing as right hand to Executive Director. Handles new move in agreements, payroll, new hires, as well as being cheerleader for the community by building great relationships with family members. Manage several departments as assistant executive director in addition to also acting as Director of Programs and overseeing an activity assistant. Increased occupancy with my strong activity program.

• Responsible for all aspects of activity program of 80 resident community including the memory care neighborhood
• Manage an activity assistant and a driver.

• Responsible for all aspects of life enrichment and activity program of 150 resident community and managed a team of two activity assistants
• Oversaw the transportation department and managed a team of two drivers
• Responsible for scheduling transportation for residents and for maintenance of 3 company vehicles

In my six plus years with Brookdale, I held several different management positions including business office director, move in coordinator, and life enrichment director. I was chosen as life enrichment mentor for S. Central Region and helped my fellow activity professionals be more successful.
