After the realization set in that I was not going to make it as a professional athlete or as an esport great, I spent a great deal of time trying to find fulfillment through multiple avenues seeking a dream role that was our of reach. So it is no surprise that I find myself in a position that rewards me for helping people realize their potential and guiding them on the path to success. Partnering with my team to help them think differently and coaching the talent I work with, to attain the unattainable, is what motivates me to continuously improve.
