Responsibilities:

• Involved in complete Agile Life Cycle.
• Primary point of contact for jira/Agility questions on a day-to-day team work.
• Lead and coach teams to adopt implement agile methodologies, promote open communication , engagement among team members ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
• Worked with product leadership, engineering leadership and delivery team to set up Ways of Working agreement with each team.
• Leading & Conducted the Story Grooming, Planning and Daily standup's.
• Conducted day-to-day automation report analysis and reported on failure scenarios
• Involved in Code Review and providing the Review approvals for the automation Scripts.
• Ran the reconciliation report process in production, including data analysis and reporting.
• Working independently, Involved in testing the pi application User Stories & provided the UAT

Sign-Off.

• Raising the UAT Defects in jira & follow-ups with the Development/Automation Team.
• Knowledgeable in reporting tools and worked on intelligence solutions using Tableau for dashboards Creation.
• Involved in the complete release process, created the Snow tickets, and followed up.
• Performed internal system acceptance to deliver well-tested enhancements and meet business requirements.
• Proved successful working within tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment.

• Gathered requirements and performed gap analysis through design workshops with users.
