- Provide one on one observation with patients admitted for psychiatric evaluation or in need of extra monitoring to ensure patient safety and well being.

-Observe an upwards of twelve patients via video monitor to ensure patient safety and report any alarming actions to said patients nurse.

- Participated in multiple different services including handling returns, check outs, grocery delivery, restock, and investigated and resolved customer concerns and complaints.

- Assisted customers in providing an effortless and enjoyable shopping experience by fetching items for them, engage in friendly behavior and build positive relationships with shoppers, and offer specific and personalized recommendations.

- Monitored cash drawers for opening and closing procedures, ensuring that company maintained their accurate cash supply.

- Worked with insurance companies to discuss payment and coverage for patients and helped contribute with payroll.

- Ran x-rays on patients, schedule chiropractic care and massage appointments for patients, input patient information and data into our specific computer systems, kept and organized patient and company paperwork, and educated current and potential clients on the benefits of chiropractic care.

- Prepared adjustment rooms, equipment, and x-ray rooms quickly and efficiently for the Chiropractor before appointments.
