Sydney Peterson

Before my moving to Lopez Island, I had a home in Woodinville WA and worked as a full time insurance agent, selling all lines of insurance starting in 1989 until I moved to Lopez Island full time in 2006. I enjoy my time at the Lopez Islander Resort, working in multiple positions. I over see the housekeeping supplies and manage the housekeepers, keeping the resort computer data up to date with dinerware software and hotelanywhere software. Updating our products and updating info with our hotel and vacation house rentals. I also handle all the money for deposits and getting the tills counted and ready for the next shift. In the early days I was the daytime bartender and server. I would love a more physical job. I am a very out going and energetic person. I feel one of your positions would be perfect for me. I love travelling and camping in several European countries and I love boating in the San Juan Islands and short trips over the Canadian border. I have a vegetable garden every Spring.
