I was one of three Team Lead's managing a Nursing Crisis team deployed to California consisting of Registered Nurses and License Practical Nurses. We provided COVID 19 Vaccines to adults, and children. Together with the Department of Public Health, California Life Guards and California Fire Department we worked as a team 12hr shifts, in the rain, and high winds. My job was to assure that vaccines were being administrated properly , and in a safe manner.
