I commenced my career as a server, committing our menu to memory, taking orders, carrying large trays, and engaging with customers. Over time, I progressed to become a bartender, where I not only took drink orders but also prepared them. I thoroughly enjoy the environment behind the bar, interacting with customers, inquiring about their day, and ensuring they receive their orders accurately, rectifying any mistakes and striving to leave guests satisfied and eager to return.

I began my career as a server and progressed to become a bartender, where I was responsible for managing finances, preparing beverages, taking orders, overseeing the bowling alley floor, delivering food and drinks to guests at their respective lanes, restocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and performing various tasks as requested to ensure guest satisfaction.

This was my first bartending position where I developed a passion for working behind the bar. Initially, I began as a server, focusing on memorizing the menu, taking orders, and delivering food and drinks. However, as time progressed, my managers recognized my potential and promoted me to bartender. As one of the main bartenders, I was responsible for opening the bar almost daily after completing my training and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I acquired skills in crafting various drinks, preparing batches, and managing the register. I also had the opportunity to build a loyal client base, fostering meaningful relationships by learning their preferences and ensuring their return visits. Not only did I learn the intricacies of opening the bar, but I also mastered the process of closing it down, often working extended hours, which proved to be a rewarding experience.
