Staff scheduling, oversee medication management program - medication technician training, med cart audits, resident medication audits etc, oversee and coordinate staff training/orientation, , communicate with family's and providers when indicated, assist with updating information for state readiness, assess patients for facility appropriateness, operate as floor nurse when indicated

• Administer medication, perform assessments, carry out treatments, collaborate with family and staff to meet resident needs, complete patient admissions, assist HWD with staff scheduling, update/audit charts and modify charting systems, medication cart audits

• Administer medications, basic wound care, complete ADL’s, appointment scheduling and transportation, communicate with physicians regarding patients needs, housekeeping, cooking

• Administer medication, perform assessments, carry out treatments, collaborate with family and staff to meet resident needs, Assist Wellness Director with staff scheduling, scheduling care giver task assignments, update/audit charts and modify charting systems, medication cart audits, assist with training and onboarding new staff members, perform shift leader duties such as resolving conflict and complaints from staff, residents, and families, rotate on call duties such as resolving staff call outs and facility issues, assist with preparing facility with surveys but updating survey readiness binder.
