At the Kennedy, I am making a wide array of craft cocktails with precise pours and measurements. Creating consistency and proving I am knowledgeable with my craft.

Worked a high volume sports bar, in a fast paced environment. Multi-tasked working service well, in addition to a 30 seat, full service bar. Made sure customers' orders were accurate, and drinks filled at all times. Brought personality, and a southern charm to the customers that kept them coming back every week. Utilized the Aloha POS system. Opening and closing duties. Filled in for team members to ensure adequate staffing.

Worked in a very fast paced, very high volume dive bar setting. Made call drinks, various shots, and utilized beer and liquor knowledge to upsell. Was able to de-escalate stressful situations amongst bigger crowds. Served local regulars that loved coming to see me weekly, and continued to follow wherever I go.
