Passed Physical Agility Test within 8 minutes doing these procedures:

1) Walk up 6 flights of stairs with ropes on left shoulder

2) Stand on the Keiser machine, pick up orange mallet to hit the center block by a few feet

3) Walk down two flights of stairs to pull the rope out of the window

4) Head towards the charge hose line and pull the hose to the end of the cone of 100 feet

5) Head towards the hose manikin and drag it 100 feet to the cone
