  • Extensive knowledge of aircraft and its components, completing tasks such as removal, repair, modification and installation of parts and assemblies
  • Identify and solved aircraft structural repair situations in areas such as fuselage, tail, wings, cowlings, and other major areas
  • Removed, formed, fit, and installed highly stressed and double contoured skins
  • Vast knowledge of all ranges of fastener types for various weapons systems
  • Comfortable with the use of large shop equipment such as hydraulic shears and brakes, slip roll, hot dimpler, drill press, band saw and English wheel

  • Volunteered for temporary duty travel to replace a leading-edge spar, upper keel beam replacement and multiple t-cord inspections which was achieved in 18 days
