Tammy is a strategic thinker who values and develops key relationships within the industry which has earned her respect and trust over many years. Tammy spent her entire career focused on science, developing a love for ophthalmology early in her time doing R&D at a start-up company post-college, developing further relationships and knowledge by collaborating with surgeons, many of whom are involved in AECOS in IIT and post-market studies while at Allergan, continued to hone her relationships, strategic thinking and clinical knowledge while at AMO developing the framework for investigator-initiated studies and professional education, hiring a team and increasing surgeon consultants during her time at AMO. Upon joining BMC, she evolved the business at BMC by expanding the offerings and creating new business channels by launching MillennialEYE, Innovations publication, MELive and later, YoungMD Connect and BMC Strategic Services.
