  • Worked, traveled within the state to assist staff and management with PUA claims filing, disputed claims investigations, claims taking and also to serve as a trainer in that office for 5 months.
  • Served as a temporary grade 15 Workforce Ops manager two (2) separate times for DOL complaints and leading a 36 UI (state employees from all cabinets) team to train and lead during PUA beginning in March of 2020 through a 5- 6 month period.
