Personal Work Motivation

  • I love working in the Highway Technician field. As a Supervisory I have always pushed myself and my employees to do the best they can. I make myself accessible to all employees anytime the need to talk to me about issues on the job or if they need extra help. I go all out for my employees and stand behind them 100% in all they do. I make sure that an employee - supervisor relationship is always at it's best. I respect employees and get respect returned to me. I am a firm believer in if your going to do a job, do it right the first time. I am a self motivated employee and put out 110% at all times. I don't get offended if I am told I made a mistake, I correct the issue and thank the person for letting me know. I adapt to change very easily. You show me how to do something and I may ask for help first time but second time is usually done with no help. I am a fast learner and worker. I complete my work as if it was my own personal project so it must meet my standards or it will be redone.
