Build and maintain J-1 SWT spreadsheets containing employee information such as personal data, compensation, attendance, and termination date and reason for all participants
Assist the Human Resources Manager with the interviewing of J-1 SWT participants
Responsible for entry of all J-1 SWT new hire information into payroll system
Enter employee pay card data into payroll system
Ensure SWT participants receive pay card in a timely manner
Schedule, direct and maintain log of all J-1 SWT orientations
Schedule and ensure all J-1 SWT staff apply for a Social Security card; Update payroll system with Social Security numbers once received
Update and maintain J-1 SWT student spreadsheet to reflect hired, arrived, canceled, and terminated
Provide weekly update to management regarding arrival of J-1 SWT participants
Provide J-1 SWT participants with welcome email prior to arrival, including information on housing and further directions on what to bring and how to get to our location
Organize and coordinate 2 cultural activities per month for the J-1 SWT staff
Work with Management to ensure staff has the day off to attend events
Provide visa sponsors with updates regarding J-1 SWT staff disciplinary actions, terminations and other concerns as they arise
Assist the Employee Housing Coordinator with scheduling housing departure inspections as needed
Run weekly reports to ensure all student payroll information has been entered correctly and in its entirety into the Payroll system
Answer, screen and direct telephone calls; take and deliver messages; answer inquiry whenever possible

Assist in various Housekeeping Training Videos for New Hire Staff as well as Re-Training efforts with current housekeeping staff
Track and maintain relevant data provided through housekeeping managers for various projects at all properties – such as: Deep Clean Data, Bed Inspections Data, Other Special Projects Data, etc
Serve as the primary management contact for employees during designated department 'office hours.'
