I have worked with food for more than 29 years in every aspect of the work. I have washed dishes and cooked and managed as well as every position in between. Food and feeding people have always been a passion of mine.
I went to school to get all appropriate certification to do what I love in schools, hospitals and nursing care as well as restaurants.
