In 2014, I helped to launch the Presentr platform for practice and real-time feedback on communication and presentation skills. In my business, I architect and deliver training and coaching curricula to participants across multiple business verticals, including pharma/biotech, professional services, insurance, and tech. I drive both the customer development process as well as the delivery process and am highly engaged with clients and participants in optimizing the experience and outcomes. I utilize the platform as part of our corporate training programs in leadership and communication skills. As part of my work, I develop customized learning programs for clients, focusing on driving leadership competencies centered on communication, including presentation skills, hybrid leadership, virtual communication, as well as a broad-based array of courses focused on individual development to speak and interact with confidence and effectiveness. I also manage a team of contract consultants and trainers, including conducting Train-the-Trainer workshops.
